Contests and prizes!
Enjoy a night of comedy and culture in the park! "Twelfth Night" is a story of love and mistaken identity. Shipwrecked in a foreign land, Viola decides the best way to survive is to dress as a boy. She gets a job working for Duke Orsino who is hopelessly in love with Countess Olivia. He sends Viola (in disguise as Cesario) to woo the countess on his behalf. Olivia becomes smitten with Cesario. Viola in disguise becomes smitten with Orsino and is unable to share her feelings for fear of blowing her cover. Meanwhile, there's another young man about town who looks suspiciously like Cesario. It's Viola's twin, Sebastian, whom she thought perished in the shipwreck. Comedy and confusion ensure when Cesario and Sebastian are mistaken for each other.
At 5:30 p.m. contests will be held for the most elaborate picnic and for the person who traveled the greatest distance to attend the play. Prizes will be awarded for each contest.
